Ingredients for Shallow Fried Fish:
- 1 & 1/2 Kg Fish (boneless or with bones)
- 2tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 1/4 Cup lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Coriander
- 1tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4tsp Turmeric
- 1tbsp Salt
- 1tsp Crushed Cumin Seeds
- 1tsp Coriander powder
- 1/3 Cup oil
