Potato Cutlets with Keema or aloo Cutlets is a popular dish in Pakistan and India. There are many variants of this recipe available in Asia, but we are going to make Potato Cutlets with Keema and boiled egg.

Ingredients for Making the Potato Mixture:

  • 1kg peeled
  • 1/3 cup fresh coriander
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup spring onions
  • 1tbsp crushed black pepper
  • One tbsp salt
  • A tsp chili flakes
  • 1tbsp dried fenugreek leaves

Ingredients for Making the Keema:

  • 1/3cup oil
  • 1 chopped onions
  • A tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
  • 150g mince
  • 1tsp salt
  • One tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1cup water

Ingredients when Assembling:

  • Boiled Eggs
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1tsp salt
  • Water for making a paste
