Panjiri is a nutritional supplement in Pakistan and India, especially for expecting mothers. However, It can be used in winter to get rid of the cold effects of winter. In addition, all the ingredients used in this recipe were getting from organic sources. Furthermore, the main component of this recipe is wheat flour. However, in this article we are describing two kinds of Panjiri:

  • With wheat flour (atta)
  • Panjiri without wheat flour

Main Nuts in this recipe:

  • 1cup mixed melon seeds
  • One cup almonds
  • 1cup of cashew
  • A cup walnuts
  • 1cup makhane
  • 1cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup gondh (Gum)

Ingredients for first type:

  • 1cup of butter/ghee
  • 3cup flour
  • 1tsp cardamom powder
  • Fried mixed nut (As explained above)
  • 1cup butter/ghee
  • 1/2cup powder sugar or according to your taste

  • 1tsp cardamom
  • 1/2cup powder sugar
