Chicken Roast

Steam roasting is a great way to keep chicken nice and moist. The chicken meat contains 2 – 3 times more unsaturated fat as compared to meat. Unsaturated fats help lower a person’s levels of LDL cholesterol, reduce inflammation, and build stronger cell membranes in the body.

Steamed chicken Roast Ingredients:

  • 5 whole red chillies
  • 5 Kashmiri red chillies
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • A tbsp salt or to personal preference
  • A tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • A pinch of food colouring
  • 2 tbsp dried fenugreek seeds
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 whole medium chicken
  • Chopped onions and lemons
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion
