Pasta-with-prawns

Pasta is a kind of food that is typically made from wheat flour dough mixed with water or eggs, and then pressed into sheets or other shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking. So, Pastas are divided into two categories:

  • Dried
  • Fresh

Today, we are going to make fresh pasta with prawns and veg. Hopefully, you will enjoy this.

Pasta Recipe ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2tbsp water
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g of prawns
  • A tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/4tsp black pepper
  • 2-3tbsp oil
  • 1 cup of cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup of pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup spring onion
  • 1tbsp Black pepper
  • One tbsp soya sauce
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4tsp chili flakes
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2tbsp barbeque sauce

Pasta Recipe instructions:

  • First of all, mix flour salt and eggs together and dough it with hands add some water as needed.
  • Place the dough at aside for some time
  • Roll it and cut it into strips
  • Make the strips thinner with help of roller
  • Make pasta with this rolled strip (use the machine as shown in video)
  • Add pasta in boiling water
  • Rinse and add some olive oil
  • Marinate prawns
  • Add salt, black pepper, and mix well.
  • Then, Fry these prawn in oil for 2-3 minutes then add vegetables
  • Add peppers (green and yellow)
  • After this, add ketchup, barbeque sauce and spices for flavour
  • Add pasta and mix with the above-fried mixture

Afghani Pulao

Afghani-palao

Afghani Pulao or Kabuli Palaw is a traditional Afghan dish. It is traditionally cooked with beef, mutton, lamb, or chicken along with carrots, spices, and nuts. Once my family had dinner in an Afghani restaurant, I really impressed with the nice sweet smell of rice. After that my wife tried it at home with the same taste. Hopefully, you will enjoy this recipe.

Afghani Pulao Ingredients:

  • 1kg mutton
  • 1-liter water
  • A tsp whole black pepper
  • One tsp salt
  • 1tsp whole coriander
  • 2 pieces of Cinnamon
  • 2 pieces of cardamom
  • 1tbsp Cloves
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 2tsp anise seeds
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 1/2cup oil
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • water (if needed)
  • 3 cups of soaked rice (sela rice)
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 3 carrots
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • 1/2cup raisins
  • 1/2cup peeled almonds

Afghani Pulao Instructions:

  • Boil lamb meat with onion, garlic and spices (whole seeds) in 1 litre water
  • Strain the broth (meat water) and separate the meat.
  • Fry the boiled meat in pan with oil
  • After light brown colour take the meat out and add onion, tomato in the same oil
  • Add the broth in the fried onion, after boiling add rice
  • When rice boiled add meat keep on low heat.
  • In other pan, fry carrot slices, sugar almonds and raisins
  • Mix the meat and rice properly
  • Put some rice and meat in plate and garnish with fried carrots and nuts

Keema Karelay

This is a Keema karela recipe (bitter gourd with Lamb mince) in Pakistani style. Keema Karela Ingredients:

  • 500g bitter gourd
  • 1 kg Lamb mince
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 3 medium onions
  • 2tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 150 ml of oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • A tbsp red chili
  • One tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • A tbsp cumin seed (jeera)
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

Keema karelay (Qeema and karelay) recipe instructions:

  • Fry the onions in oil until golden brown
  • Add ginger and garlic paste in golden onions
  • Mix the lamb mince to the above mixture
  • Add chili, turmeric, cumin seed (jeera), and coriander powder
  • Then, add half a cup of water
  • Cook for 30 minutes or until tender
  • Fry the bitter gourd in another pot until brown then add green chili and onion
  • Pour tomato into the tender mince pot then cook for 10 minutes
  • Mix the fried bitter gourd with mince and cook for 5 minutes on low heat

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix these items properly
  • You need bamboo skewers and bread crumbs ready
  • Make mince ball and insert a bamboo skewer and press with hand
  • Coat with breadcrumbs one by one
  • Fry these skewers in medium hot oil until golden brown.

  • 185g best dark chocolate
  • 85g plain flour
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 50g milk chocolate
  • 3 large eggs
  • 275g golden caster sugar

Brownie recipe instructions:

  • Add eggs and sugar mix this mixture properly until soft and fluffy
  • Add white chocolate and milk chocolate is fully melted butter.
  • Mix both above mixtures together.
  • Add plain flour and cocoa powder to the above mixture.
  • Pour the above mixture into a cake pan
  • Place this cake pan in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
